Session I: June 28 - July 16, 2010 ReviewsI sent my child to the Tenderfoot camp in 2011 - never again! The school is not air conditioned and my child's classroom was on the 2nd floor. Luckily Parent Visitation day was a day where it was close to 100 degrees and I was able to see firsthand how hot it was and how little they did to accommodate the children in the heat - no cold water, no extra pool or outside time, not even putting these poor kids on a lower floor! It must have been 110 degrees in that classroom where they spent a big part of their time! The children were lethargic and miserable. When I brought my concerns to his counselor I was told that kids are resilient and that the counselors were the ones we should feel sorry for - really??? APPALLING! I kept my kid home any time the weather was too hot - so glad I paid all that money only to have to keep him out on hot days (and there were many). I understand it is hot in the summer, but you have to be able to depend on your child's camp to be able to keep your k
