Description
As a family, we were at every home game - the high spot in our hectic day. Sometimes homework was done in the stands and sometimes we'd have concession stand hot dogs for supper, but the blessings were numerous. David loved having his little family cheering him on. Our children loved to see their dad as a coach. Our son even got to sit in the dugout, be a bat boy and accompany the team on some road trips before he was in high school.When the school year was over, our "quality" family time began. We called it "delayed gratification." We packed up our camper and headed out for our family vacation. The memories, both the children and ours, of those years are priceless.
