Camp California Fitness is an inclusive program designed to empower young girls with the psychological, physiological, and intellectual tools necessary for structuring a healthy lifestyle.

As part of your daughters stay with us, she'll have access to, and participate in, a number of programs. Our fitness programs help your daughter achieve–and enjoy–physical activity. Your daughter will have healthy meals, and learn about nutrition and how to prepare meals that are healthy, and tasty.

We believe that in order to change your daughter's perception towards eating and self image, some psycholocial changes are necessary. CCF provides self-image counseling to help your daughter make these changes. We're completely dedicated to ensuring that your daughter's stay with us is safe, successful and life-changing. Our staff physicians are young, energetic and are active within the local community. Our goal is to provide the utmost level of health and wellness for your child.

After your daughter leaves our program, we provide a follow-up program to help ensure your daughter's lasting success.
