ASFC (better known as Smith Camp to the regulars) is a truly unique week designed for adults interested in learning about and maintaining a fit, healthy and positive lifestyle. Our program is a vacation with a purpose. We offer a fun-filled week designed to entertain, enliven and enrich your life. The week includes instruction and play in a large variety of sports and exercise activities. You are free to participate in as many (or as few) as you like.



Held on the beautiful campus of Smith College in Northampton, MA., spend your days playing and learning in a non-judgmental environment. With over 25 diverse activities scheduled over the week this is your chance to try something for the first time or indulge in your favorites--there is something for everybody at any fitness level.
