The Tennis and Sports Psychology Academy (TSPA) is dedicated to teaching children and adults the skills necessary to perform at their best both on and off the courts. Skills are acquired mostly through drills, cooperative games while using positive sports psychology mental skills and techniques. TSPA develops mental skills such as confidence, positive self-talk, mental imagery, becoming more optimistic etc. so that self esteem is enhanced and peak performance is realized. This is helpful not only in tennis but also in life. We strive to promote as many positive experiences to our valuable clients as well as bring out the best out of each of our clients.
