Fit 4 Me is a camp dedicated to helping develop the whole child--physically, intellectually, and socially. Our camp provides non-stop fun for grades K- 6! Our program offers a fun, non-intimidating, non-competitive wellness program combining strength, cardiovascular exercises, and nutrition education in a structured, supervised format. A typical day may include working with a stability ball, yoga, Pilates, running or walking, jumping rope, swim lessons and free swim time, scavenger hunts, teambuilding exercises, gardening and various other games and CATCH activities to help your child’s total wellness. Discussions on food and activity pyramids are introduced so kids can develop healthier eating habits. Your child will learn how to develop their character as both a team leader and a team member.” Your child will need to bring a lunch, a water bottle, sneakers, a swimsuit and a towel each day and we'll provide healthy snacks daily. Every day is a new adventure for your child to grow!
