Campers, are you ready to play hard this summer? Adventure is where every day brings new challenges, opportunities to excel and of course lots of fun. Our staff works closely with campers as they learn and develop lifetime outdoor skills, make new friends and meet new challenges. Each day’s trip is geared to the individual’s ability level. All trips originate from the Goffstown Allard Center YMCA and from there depart to locations throughout New Hampshire. Come prepared to go to places you’ve never seen and do things you never thought you were capable to doing! Adventure is all about building YMCA character values through working together as a team in the outdoors. The opportunities for leadership are endless and we encourage every camper to contribute to the success of the trip and the positive experience of the group. No previous experience is required to attend; we welcome those new to adventure sports that come with a positive attitude and the willingness to give it all you’ve got! The adventure staff is made up of a committed group of mature professional guides, instructors and educators with many years experience working in adventure programming with youth and teens. Campers receive a complete information handbook once registered. Most trip equipment is provided (except mountain bikes, rentals are available).
