LLC. (YMG). YMG was developed to support the many initiatives for

recreation/sports management for which Younger leads and supports.  

Younger’s passion and commitment to sports management draws

national attention to his many efforts.  He was instrumental in the

promotions success of the NFL Football Camp with Michael Vick, Keith

Brookings, Jerry Rhome, and Deon Sanders.  He also plays an integral

role in promoting, providing organizational assistance, and representing

the Offense Defense football training organization, The Atlanta Bowl of

Champions, and the Turf Bowl Classic.



Younger received his degree in Recreation/Sports Management from

Eastern Michigan University.  There, he was recognized with high honors

for his leadership and community service.  Younger moved to Atlanta after

graduating college where he continued to follow  his commitment to

community affairs through recreation and sports programs.  He coached

as a volunteer for football, basketball, baseball, and softball leagues

throughout the Atlanta area.  He assisted with the development of the

Governor Zell Miller Boot Camp program and served as a board member

for the county’s community and parks association.



Kay Brown, partner and Vice President of YMG  shares Younger's

passion for creating youth athletic events and activities.  As a former

Georgia State University Cheerleader, and UCA instructional staff,  her

efforts in promoting and training proper technique in youth cheerleading

was instrumental in developing skilled athletes at the youth cheer level.  

She created the first recreational all star competitive squad in Georgia and

helped to ignite a recreational spin-off of all star cheer squads throughout

the nation.  She is the former owner of The Cheerleading Source cheer

training and development company, and founder of a National

Cheerleading & Dance Team Championship.  Brown has worked with

Younger Management Group to foster the success of several projects.   



Together Younger and Brown create a competent team of professionalism

and excitement that drives the successes of their events and programs.
