Our mission is to promote youth lacrosse and to stimulate and encourage teamwork, sportsmanship and the personal development of youth athletes.  Our focus is on supporting school teams and developing youth programs in the southwest area near town.

Originally chartered in 1950, South Austin Baseball is the first Little League organization in Texas. We are an all-volunteer, parent-operated, youth baseball & softball program that serves boys & girls ages 5-19 living in Austin, Texas.



Chartered both as South Austin Little League and as South Austin PONY League, South Austin Baseball operates four playing fields:



    * Reeder Field is used for tee ball

    * Weber Field and Wright Field are used for coach pitch and above

    * Preston Field is a high school baseball regulation-size field



Our fields are located near Lady Bird Lake and Zilker Park, in the heart of the city.
