Camp Maxwelton is a residential summer camp for boys ages 9 to 15 located in the beautiful mountains of Virginia.

It is our belief that young people can best grow and develop in a wholesome, Christian atmosphere and at Maxwelton, we strive to provide that in every way. Our aim is to aid in building the character of our campers, and day-to-day Christian living is emphasized.

Camp Maxwelton has a limited enrollment because we believe that a small camp can best meet the needs of the growing boy.

In a small group, campers have more opportunity for self-expression and are better able to develop qualities of leadership. They participate in all phases of camp life, learn to share with others, and accept duties and responsibilities.

At Maxwelton, each camper is an important member of our close "family" group. It is most gratifying to see our boys have fun, grow, become men, and to feel that Maxwelton has been able to help them along the way.
