High School Varsity, JV, AAU/Club teams and Middle School teams are welcomed to attend either or both of NSU’s girl’s basketball team camp(s). Our team camp is designed to prepare your student-athletes for the upcoming summer events as well as the new school year. Teams will be guaranteed five games against competitive teams.

Each game will consist of four, ten minute quarters, running clock, except for the last minute of the 2nd & 4th quarters. Games will be officiated by two certified high school officials. Teams are invited to participate in our individual skills instruction sessions designed to help campers develop their skills.



NSU’s individual camps will be directed and run by the coaching staff as well as current and former NSU players. Our individual camp will focus on teaching the fundamentals of the game of basketball to improve the overall skill level of each camper. Campers will participate in daily instructional stations and drills each morning that target the important aspects of basketball such as passing, catching, shooting, dribbling and defensive concepts. The camp is designed for the player who wants to improve their game while having fun.
