We also time bike races. Race Management services include, but are not limited to assistance in race planning, race promotion and race coordination for a successful event. I understand that a road race is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter the run unless I am medically able and properly

trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the race. I assume all risks

associated with running in the event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather

including heat and humidity, traffic and the condition of the roads or trails, and all such risks being known and appreciated by me.

Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled

to act on my behalf, waive and release Kale Running, the City of Chesapeake, the City of Chesapeake Parks & Recreation, race directors, race officials, volunteers, and all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising from my participation in this event. I grant permission to all of the forgoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other

record of this event for any legitimate purpose. This race is not intended for baby joggers, strollers, headphones, skates and dogs on

leashes and I will abide by these guidelines.
