Stan has served as Southern New Hampshire University head basketball coach since 1985. He has led the Penmen to 14 NCAA Tournament appearances, three consecutive trips (1993, 1994, 1995) to the NCAA "Elite Eight" and back-to-back (1993-94) appearances in the NCAA Tournament “Final Four”.  The winningest coach in the proud history of Penmen basketball, Spirou has posted over 400 career wins and his winning percentage is the highest among all active Division II coaches in New England.  He was honored as the UPI New England Coach of the year in 1986-87, 1989-90, and 1992-93. He was also selected Division II  National Coach of the Year by Division II Bulletin in 1994.

Jay is in his 25th season as assistant Men's basketball coach at SNHU after serving as Spirou's right hand man for seven years at Central High School.  Jay was named assistant coach in 1985 and helped guide the Penmen to a 24-7 record and their first appearance in the NCAA tournament since 1981.

Jeff is in his 17th season as assistant men's basketball coach at SNHU.  He concluded an outstanding career at the College of Saint Rose as the program's all-time leading scorer with 1,803 points, and collected honorable mention all-American honors as a junior and senior.

Bob joined the SNHU staff in 1988 and has been with the men's basketball program as an assistant for 17 years.  He also spent time as an assistant coach at the University of New Hampshire (1996-99) and as head coach at New England College.
