One consists of the complete renovation of the track and field facility, baseball and softball facilities, upgrading of campus electrical infrastructure, restructuring the Glenn Street entry drive, installation of artificial turf on the current football/soccer/lacrosse field and increasing financial aid funds.

Due to the generosity of several recent benefactors with directed donations, the football/soccer/lacrosse field was recently upgraded with the installation of an artificial turf field, providing a safe, 96,000 square foot, state-of-the-art playing surface for Lancer field athletes. This upgrade provides green grass 24/7/365 instead of August-October ground cover with a dirt field remaining for soccer and lacrosse. It saves approximately $50,000/year in maintenance costs; labor, irrigation, fertilizer, aeration and mowing equipment.

At the eventual time that Phase Two of Campaign Salpointe becomes a reality, this artificial turf will be expanded to provide three east-west practice fields; the main Lancer football/soccer/lacrosse field will be relocated to the center of the track and a grandstand will be constructed.
