This camp is appropriate for any goalkeeper who wants to improve their shot-stopping technique, distribution, positioning and tactical decision-making. Sessions will consist of goalkeeperspecific exercises to learn and develop the art of shot-stopping and other techniques, as well as combined sessions with the field players to practice and refine goalkeeping techniques and tactics in realistic, high pressure situations. Field players – No matter what position a player plays he/she will no doubt find themselves in a goalscoring position at some point in their season. This camp teaches what it takes to transform that situation from a chance into a goal. Players attending this camp will learn the technical skills needed to score, the visual cues to look for when attempting to score and the confidence needed to capitalize on their opportunities. They will also have the opportunity to practice these skills in real situations against real goalkeepers.
