"The team building activities were my favourites. Testing and pushing your limits, along with being in a situation where you need to rely on your team mates at least as much as you rely on yourself is a precious experience, with results that are often surprising. You learn to overcome fears, to act around your weaknesses, and to cooperate, you build confidence in yourself – and have a lot of fun while you're at it."
