Girl Scouts is the preeminent organization dedicated solely to girls – all girls. Girl Scouting cultivates values, social conscience and self-esteem in young girls, while teaching them critical life skills to later succeed as adults. In Girl Scouting’s special girls-only environment, girls discover the fun, friendship and power of girls together.Girl Scout Camp Cedar Point is located on Grenada Lake and is on 150 acres. This camp is used year round for troop camping, adult training, special events and summer resident camp. Cedar Point features a craft hut, swimming pool, horse barn, chapel, 2 lodges and 3 camping units. During the summer, Camp Cedar Point is a Girl Scout Resident Camp. Kamp Kiwani is located near Middleton, Tennessee about 70 miles east of Memphis. This site encompasses 1,250 acres of hilly, rolling terrain, and a 70-acre lake (Lake Okalowa). Accommodations include: six units with small four-person screened cabins, unit house and shower house. Sandy Springs Ranch with five-person bunkhouses (used primarily for equestrienne programs and experienced campers), unit house and shower house and Ginny Lodge. During the summer, Kamp Kiwani is a Girl Scout resident camp.
