Lakeside Day Camp is an outdoor summer camp with swim lessons, recreational swimming, creative arts, athletics, drama/music, environmental experiences, weekly themes, and other special activities. Swim lessons are available on weeks three to nine. Additionally, there is an Adventure Series to include target sports (archery and air rifles), outdoor skills, wall climbing fun, and a zip line course for campers aged 9-13. Lakeside Day Camp takes pride in providing a healthy countryside environment for children during the summer months that promotes cooperation, creativity and problem solving. A recent study indicates that most children spend an average of 60 hours per week indoors involved with electronic media; therefore, we believe an outdoor environment is in the best interest of children. Lakeside Day Camp is just minutes from most major Baltimore highways. Both daily and weekly enrollment options are available for an 11 week period, giving scheduling flexibility for working parents. The adventure series is available on a weekly basis for up to 7 weeks. Give your child a summer to treasure!
