Each day In Kid Fit Tae Kwon Do Summer camp, your child will participate in a martial arts class.  This training enhances physical agility, strength, endurance and flexibility in such a way that your child's performance in other sports will be enhanced.

In addition, we believe every child needs encouragement.  Our staff are trained to teach martial arts using positive reinforcement as their primary teaching tool.

Leadership skills are developed as our students learn how to lead others.  We teach students the value of setting goals and working hard to achieve them.

Our program also incorporates lessons on self discipline, self-confidence and respect for others, especially parents and adults.

Participants in our camps develop self confidence, learn self discipline, develop self control while they improve their fitness in a fun and exciting atmosphere.
