It is understood, that SSSAS and the SPO do NOT provide or extend any medical coverage or insurance for any of the campers registered in any and all programs offered. Furthermore, it is required that you, the custodial parent, provide medical coverage/insurance for your child during participation in camp. Participation can and will be denied for those who do not provide medical coverage/insurance policy and contact information to SSSAS and its SPO during the registration process.
Meals are NOT provided during our summer sessions. Students and campers should bring their own brown bag lunch each day. Dress for camp is comfortable while being weather and activity appropriate. Athletic shoes/sneakers should be worn for all sports camps and sports activities especially when activities are taking place outdoors. All personal items should be labeled with the camper's name. Dress for academic programs is informal but neat. Students are asked to adhere to normal dress down rules that are followed during the regular school year.
