The facilities of Camp Carolwood are jointly owned by 102 United Methodist churches in the Statesville district. The 144 peaceful acres of wooded hills offer a beautiful setting for recreation and spiritual renewal. The Camp is a vital link of the Church to further its individual programs in Christian Education. Hopefully as our Church Camp reaches into many lives, rewarding experiences will result. The experiences of the varied activities of the Camp can bring the individual into a closer understanding of his relationship to God, to others, and the world around him. The Camp affords all users an unexcelled opportunity for relaxation, an enriching fellowship with others, self-examination and communion with God.
