The Louisiana Lions Camp and the American Diabetes Association have worked together for over 25 years to provide summer camp fun and education to Louisiana's youth with diabetes Two one-week sessions are provided for Type1 (Insulin dependant) and Type II (Non-Insulin Dependant) Youth of Louisiana between the ages of 6 and 14 years old.Become part of this group of young men and women and continue the dedication and hard work that is put forth each year to provide summer camp memories to some of Louisiana's Special Youth.  You will have the chance to work with a diverse group of people, make lifelong friends, impact young lives in a positive way, and have fun while working harder than you ever imagined! 



Openings for Junior Counselors, Senior Counselors, Lifeguards, and Activity InstructorsYou must be a minimum of 16 years old to apply for Junior Counselor positions and at least 18 years old to apply for Senior Counselor and other positionsAll staff receive pay, room and board, and time off College bound and College students may apply for one of ten $500.00 scholarships awarded to staff members who have completed their contracts
