Summer Lessons - FTL and Boca Raton School Campuses

During the summer months, week-long sessions are added in addition to the monthly/ongoing classes. Summer-only sessions run from Monday through Thursday. 



Fall Lessons - FTL and Boca Raton School Campuses

During the fall months, lessons are available on a monthly/ongoing basis. Classes meet one or two days a week for a calendar month.

Novice Group

Fort Lauderdale Campus

~Open to ages 6 and older. This group introduces swimmers to competitive swimming in a fun, active environment.

~Students focus primarily on learning their strokes and technique in preparation for their first competitive swim meets.

~School Year Schedule: Practices available Monday through Thursday. From 4:00 to 5:00pm.

Boca Raton Campus

~Open to ages 6 and older. This group introduces swimmers to competitive swimming in a fun, active environment.

~Students focus primarily on learning their strokes and technique in preparation for their first competitive swim meets.

~School Year Schedule: Practices available Monday through Thursday.

  Novice I Group (for 1st/2nd grade PC students only) from 3:15pm to 4:00pm

  Novice I Group (all other and non-PC students) from 4:00pm to 4:45pm.

  Novice II Group (all PC and non-PC students) from 4:00pm to 5:00pm.

Age Group

Fort Lauderdale Campus

~More advanced groups that continue stroke and technique development along with fitness development.

~Swimmers are encouraged to attend meets.

~Group assignments are made based on experience and ability.

~School Year Schedule: M-F from 4:00 to 5:30 (White Group) or 4:00 to 6:00 plus Saturday (Green Group only). 

Boca Raton Campus

~More advanced groups that continue stroke and technique development along with fitness development.

~Swimmers are encouraged to attend meets.

~Group assignments are made based on experience and ability.

 

~School Year Schedule: Monday to Friday

White Group from 5:00pm to 6:30pm

Green I Group from 5:00pm to 6:30pm plus some Saturday’s

Green II Group from 5:00pm to 7:00pm plus Saturday’s

Senior Group

Fort Lauderdale Campus

~Training focuses on state, regional, and national competition for high school aged swimmers.

~School Year Schedule: M-F from 4:00 to 6:00 plus Saturday (Time Varies).  Morning Workouts at Coaches’ discretion.

Boca Raton Campus

~Training focuses on state, regional, and national competition for high school aged swimmers.

~School Year Schedule: M-F from 5:00 to 7:00 plus Saturday (Time Varies).  Morning Workouts at Coaches’ discretion.

Visiting Swimmers

     Here at Pine Crest, we welcome all swimmers that would like to train with our program.  Whether it be for one month or several, our program offers a vast array of training techniques in which everyone can participate.
