Description

Learning and growing are not just for the young. The 4-H Educational Center is available as a meeting place for any group. Corporate, civic and family groups are typical of those who use the resource. The combination of meeting and dining facilities with recreational areas in a private setting is unique to the area and can provide a refreshing getaway without the burden of travel and expense. Existing facilities include a junior olympic size pool, recreational pavilion, fishing pond, wooded area with nature trails, a ropes course, horse stables, a riding ring, archery range, athletic field, and 10 cabins with room for 248 persons.

The Dickenson Conference Center's hotel-style lodging offers 13 rooms, each with 4 beds and a private bath. A central lobby provides for informal meeting space and TV viewing.
