Many times, you have personally worked at or visited a site where there are many children with nothing to do but be bored or get into trouble. Day Camp was started in response to the need for these children to have a positive and safe community in which to be loved and challenged. Our Summer Camp Program takes place during the summer months and targets children and youth. In 2009, 634 campers came to Summer Camp. There is something for all ages. It's a great time for campers to: play in the creek, swim in the pool, inner-tube and paddle down the Nolichucky River, climb and rappel, cookout, make lots of fun crafts, and much, much more! But most importantly, we want each and every camper to learn more about who Jesus is and much He loves them. At Buffalo Mountain Camp we mesh daily Bible study and worship with opportunities to experience the outdoors in new and excited ways. ...
