Wood Badge is the premier training program for all Scout leaders in the Boy Scouts of America. This includes all Cub Scout, Boy Scout, Varsity and Venturing Leaders, as well as Professional Scouters. Wood Badge is designed to train adult volunteers using the latest leadership skills and techniques. It is a once-in-a-lifetime training experience.Wood Badge for the 21st Century is now, more than ever, for every Adult Scouter regardless of position or tenure. The skills learned at Wood Badge can benefit you in your Pack, Troop or Venture Crew - and more importantly - it benefits the youth by providing better training for our adult leaders.



The Wood Badge course is delivered over six days, usually two weekend camps of three days each.
