The Meridian School is an independent Kindergarten through fifth grade school. We are located in the historic Good Shepherd Center in the heart of Seattle's Wallingford community. This has been our home for nearly a quarter of a century. Learn more about our school programs.

The Summer Quest 2010 weekly day camp themes schedule are designed to create, learn, play, explore and make friends as we set out to grasp all the adventures that make summer time so memorable. The Program runs Monday, June 28, through Friday, August 27. The application deadline is May 3, 2010, all registrations received by Friday, March 26th will receive a 10% discount for day camps ONLY. There will be 3 fantastic field trips and awesome activities that are sure to be a hit with everyone who participates this year.

There will be also be many Enrichment Classes offered during the summer. These classes require additional fees based on their format. Extended day care is available before and after the classes (half-day, AM or PM, $55; or, both AM and PM, $90).

During the summer, students are broken up into age groups for field trips and other activities. The maximum number of students in each group is 20 and the teacher/child ratio is 3:20. In addition to eating a sack lunch from home, the children are provided with up to 3 nutritious snacks a day. A key advantage to our Summer Program is that families may enroll on a week-to-week basis.

Summer Program Fees (2010)

• One-time application fee: $25.


• Full-time (7AM-6PM): $215/week per child. Don't Forget! 10% Early bird discount with enrollment before Friday, March 26th (does not include Enrichment Classes). All registration and payment is on-line at summer.meridianschool.edu.

Summer Program Payment must be paid in full by Friday, June 4, 2010. There will be no refunds after June 4th, unless The Meridian School cancels a component of the summer program.
