Valley Mill Camp has been serving families in the Washington area since 1956, combining closeness to home with the atmosphere of an away camp.

Sixty acres of deep woods, surrounding a spring-fed lake, provide a delightfully cool headquarters for a vigorous camp program. Growth and development of character and personality, improvement of athletic skills, and a sense of group fun, are our goals. Small camp groups, led by a large staff of qualified counselors, ensure that every camper receives individual attention.

In both boys and girls camps, the children's ages in the regular groups are 6-14. In addition, there is a coed group for 4-5 year olds with specially designed play activities. Hours are from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Interested  14 and 15 year olds may enroll in our Counselor in Training program.
