As a part of the Key Lime Sailing Club, the American Sailing Academy is one of the few facilities in the world to make "learn to sail" dreams come true in a perfect "economical" vacation setting. The Club has a fleet of Catalina 22's and O'Day 22's available for guests to use as soon as they complete their classes + Larger boats for advance Sailing.  This unique sailing vacation opportunity arises because along with each guest's Florida "Key-zee" accommodation unit comes a free sailboat for your own use as you wish.  Whether it is sailing off for a mangrove jungle tour or heading off to one the Florida Everglades National Park islands; you will be free to relax, sail and enjoy the rest of your vacation at your own pace as soon as you complete the 10 to 15 hour course.  The course can be taken over a two to five day period depending entirely on your level of learning.

With the Academy's thorough, yet fun, curriculum; students will learn all they need to know to safely and effectively navigate their way from Points A to B to C and beyond; and, more importantly, how to get back!
