Adventure Travel Programs for Teens

Our teen adventure programs range from 13 to 24 days, during which students participate in a combination of adventure and experiential education activities including backpacking, whitewater rafting, rock climbing, alpine mountaineering, fly fishing, surfing, sea kayaking, cultural immersion and community service projects.

We provide a variety of carefully designed adventures where you are removed from your "comfort zone" and learn to stretch your limits in the elements of nature. Our philosophy is challenge builds character.

Adventure Program Built on Individual Achievement

Moondance programs are built on individual achievement with a strong sense of teamwork. We allow you to assume responsibility and develop life skills such as peer leadership, decision making, problem solving and goal setting in a challenging environment that provides instant feedback. It is our hope that you will be inspired to lead a life of learning and exploration.

Moondance provides an unforgettable journey into the backcountry in some of the world's most beautiful and pristine wilderness areas. It's a place to experience the world without barriers, only curiosity and acceptance. From the gnarled mountains of the Rockies to the mysteries of Machu Picchu, our adventures offer you a first-hand view of the diverse ecosystems that make our world wild and fascinatingly beautiful.
