Beyond Beauty Camp is a division of Better than Before Image & Etiquette Institute, LLC. Better than Before Image & Etiquette was established in 2008 by Melodie Davis-Bundrage to serve girls ages 9-16 because of her vision to combine her professional expertise with her passion for the beauty industry in a way to teach, train, and motivate young girls to reach their fullest potential and have confidence in themselves.

Join Us! Beyond Beauty Camp is looking for camp counselors to staff the Winter 2009 & Spring 2009 break camps and Summer 2009 camp. Candidates should be collegiate age or above and available on weekends beginning January 2009 for training. Current study or an educational background in fashion merchandising, beauty college, human resources, business management or administration, marketing, or education is preferred along with required desire to empower, train, and be a positive influence for young girls.

Beyond Beauty Camp founder Melodie Davis-Bundrage has long had a passion for the beauty and fashion industry and her life experiences have led her full circle into her purpose of equipping and teaching girls. As a young girl stricken with a childhood illness that left her skin severely scarred and also plagued with weight issues from her heaviest to thinnest days, she knows first-hand the emotional rollercoaster girls experience by not feeling accepted or beautiful for who you are but wanting to put your best face forward to change the way others treat or see you. It look the battle of gaining self confidence and positive image, learning about beauty and image, and the success story for Bundrage to know and pass on the education and inspiration to be your personal best inside and out. Beyond Beauty Camp was born because she feels her experiences and message would be beneficial and transformable into a fun yet life changing or motivating experience for many young girls.
