Using original works of art in the Canadian, European, Contemporary, African and Works on Paper collections as inspiration, campers create amazing art projects using a wide variety of media and techniques. Painting, drawing, printmaking, multimedia, sculpting, video and digital art are just some of the ways we make art in the studio. We balance the artistic process with a combination of skills development and play to provide a full experience for even the most energetic and talented camper.
Facilitated through the Anne Tanenbaum Gallery School, our programs create an environment that is creative, non-competitive and open-ended, allowing young artists the freedom to explore their own potential and nurture their self-esteem, while building a strong repertoire of techniques and skills. These courses are further enriched by regular visits to the galleries and collections at the new AGO, providing an exceptional opportunity for learning and creativity.
