The Langley School Summer Studio provides strong academic enrichment and review in an intimate environment along with a wide variety of classes in fine arts, science, technology, and sports that inspire children’s creativity and self-exploration. Students enjoy learning in a relaxed setting that encourages them academically, artistically, and physically.

Summer Studio classes are held in week-long sessions and are taught by a combination of Langley faculty and outside experts. Academic classes in reading and math for students entering grades 1-8 are divided by grade level and feature small-group settings for maximum learning. Numerous science, technology, arts, and sports classes give children the chance to explore new areas such as robotics, gymnastics, cooking, musical theatre, field hockey, golf, digital arts and crafts, and more. And special classes for Primary Schoolers help prepare children ages 3-5 for the school environment.

All classes are held on The Langley School’s beautiful 9.2-acre campus in McLean, VA, featuring our state-of-the-art athletic center, arts center, artificial turf field, and computer labs.
