Our goal at Acting Up Academy is to provide a safe and fun environment for children to express their creativity. Through tools such as story play, creative movement, theater games, script work and improvisation we build a foundation for Drama. Our program  fosters listening skills, teamwork, communication and creativity while promoting a passion for the Arts.If you are looking for a great after school program that has proven benefits both educationally and socially then Acting Up Academy is for you.

Every age level will focus on the foundation of acting and development of skills. Classes focus on technique and creating true confidence in Dramatic Art.  There will be no performances during the school year.  This allows students to develop confidence without the pressure of learning and memorizing scripts. With that said, each and every class is a "Performance" for their teacher and their peers. Acting Up Academy will have open house invitations for families every eight weeks! This will allow the children to perform for you and experience an audience.
