Grand Master Saunders is the owner and operator of Yung Ho Tae Kwon Do Lutz School. She has studied and taught the art for over 40 years, and has been located in Lutz for nearly 25 of those years. Before serving and living in the Lutz community, she studied and taught under Grand Master Yung Ho Jun. The Lutz school is still affiliated with Grand Master Jun's school, and Grand Master Saunders has kept her study of and commitment to the traditional execution of technique and discipline in the art. This has earned her many accomplishments over the years.

She has been featured in many TV news stories, professional magazine articles, and she and her school have also been covered by local newspapers reports.

Grand Master Saunders held AAU Championships for 15 years in Women's Poomse, and also held the Championship for Women's Sparring and Breaking Techniques. She is the only Champion in AAU history to hold Gold Medals in all three events, and qualified for the U.S. Olympic Team.
