Martial Arts fanatics...welcome to Synergy Martial Arts - Odenton MD!  

We are AnneArundel County’s best Tang Soo Do,Self Defense, and BJJ academy for men, women, and kids.  You will love working out in our state of the art studio with a private mat area (1700 sqf), segmented waiting area with view windows, kids play room, dressing rooms, and central air conditioning. 

Martial arts training is a very personal thing.  Yes, you will make great friends on the mat...but each person who has wrapped a white belt around their waist has done so to improve themselves.  Many want to earn a black belt.  Others want to be able to defend themselves.  And others just love the excitement and challenging workouts.Whatever your reason for training...you've already taken the first step by finding the right place for you to practice. I started taking classes about 24 years ago and never stopped.  So beware as this can become a way of life.

Our Kids Program has been designed to be age appropriate and guaranteed fun.  Our Adult Program is for men and women of all ages.  All classes will challenge you to improve at YOUR own pace.  Everyone benefits from improved physical fitness, less stress, and feeling great...we just start at different places. And for those interested in belt rankings or tournament competition...we've got you covered.  You'll be able to work towards black belt rank in Tang Soo Do & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as well as attend local, regional and national level tournaments.
