THE PROGRAM is designed to help the serious soccer player improve his soccer awareness and his performance. Featuring an international and collegiate staff, the program tests the physical and mental stamina of each participant. All sessions are open to boys and girls ages 9 - 17. Participants are grouped by appropriate age and experience levels.



THE CHALLENGE PROGRAM stresses a review of skills essential to play the game at a high level. We build upon individual offensive and defensive tactics. We develop group play and compete in six side matches every day.



THE ADVANCED PROGRAM reviews essential skill sequences, highlights group tactics and preseason fitness. We examine the needs of various positions in relation to team preparation. The emphasis will be on more creative and consistent attacking build up from all parts of the field.



WE WILL PREPARE for and play eleven aside games. We will compete with selected visiting teams in outside competitive matches.



DURING EACH PROGRAM we will explore some of the dynamics that affect players' performance. Realistic goal setting, motivation, peer group interaction, diet, player-coach relationships, and leadership will be among the topics.
