The NLP (Next Level Performance) Elite Athlete Development program is for all athletes and all sports and improves speed, strength, agility, quickness, and overal athleticism.  The program is offered year-round at the NLP Performance Training Center, New Hampshire's first strength and conditioning facility which is a 10,000sf premises located in downtown Manchester, NH in the historic mill district.  Athletes in the program improve confidence and can run faster, jump higher, and hit harder in sports such as baseball, football, basketball, soccer, hockey, lacrosse, track and field, field hockey, and much, much more.
