Set on 25 acres in Central New Jersey, Bella Rosa Riding Academy provides horseback riding lessons to beginners and intermediate riders from ages 3-1/2 and up.  With over 25 horses and ten instructors we can accommodate almost any schedule.  With two indoor and two outdoor riding arenas, lessons are given all year long.

Our ITTY BITTY program is specially designed for riders from three to seven years of age.  The one hour lead line lesson is preceded by a half hour of horsemanship training, while the student learns how to groom and tack up their pony.

Birthday Parties:  Our ITTY BITTY Riding Arena and Viewing Lounge doubles as our Party Palace.  The party includes a tour of the farm and a pony ride for all the guests.  Parties are normally Two Hours.

For over thirty years Tall Oaks Farm  now doing business as Bella Rosa Riding Academy has been delivering composted horse manure to local homeowners, gardeners, landscapers and nurseries.  Composted horse manure is ideal for conditioning soils in flowerbeds and vegetable gardens, planting grass or sod, and mulching.  Derived from a blend of clean, organic materials, including; stable bedding and sawdust, horse urine and manure. Raw materials are stacked into huge, moist piles, which are turned regularly to promote aerobic composting.  The natural biological activity causes the piles to heat up to over 160ºF, killing weed seeds, roots, and pathogens.
