Take State Road (SR) 24 to Waldo, then US 301(N) to County Road (CR) 221; turn right; go through Hampton; stay to the right at the next fork to continue on CR 18. After 4 miles, CR 18 dead ends at SR 100. Turn right onto SR 100; go 1 mile; turn left at Keystone Airport road. Follow the signs into camp. This route is 22 miles from the Gainesville Regional Airport. Take 39 Ave. east to SR 26; follow SR 26 through Orange Heights to Melrose; turn left at the traffic light in Melrose onto CR 21(N). Take CR 21 to Keystone Heights; turn left at the traffic light in Keystone Heights onto SR 100(W); go 5 miles; turn right at Keystone Airport road. Follow the signs into camp. This route is 27 miles from the Gainesville Regional Airport. Take I-75 North to SR326 (exit # 358) just north of Ocala. Head east (a right turn) on SR326 for approximately 2 miles to the junction with US 301. Turn left (north) on 301. Take 301 all the way through Citra, Hawthorne and Waldo. (WATCH YOUR SPEED. FOREWARNED IS FOREARMED.) About 2 miles north of the Waldo Flea Market, CR 221 splits off to your right (just past the lumberyard and Lawtey Speed Trap billboard). Take 221 east through Hampton. 221 curves left - you need to go straight and continue on CR 18. After 4 miles, CR 18 dead ends at SR 100. Turn right onto SR 100; go 1 mile; turn left at Keystone Heights Airport Road. It's about 1 hour and 15 minutes from I-75 and SR326 to Camp Crystal.
