Camp Tenderfeet Boys & Girls 3 years to entering Kindergarten Ten 1 week sessions: June 21–August 27 Time: 8:30 am–4:00 pm Part-time options available A rewarding first-time day camp experience! Our professional early-childhood staff carefully design an introductory curriculum for summer day camping. Camp Tenderfeet offers many activities designed to spark children’s natural curiosity in their environment. Nature trails, large playing fields and a heated pool combine to create a curriculum that supports their interest, fun and excitement. Camp Coney Pine Boys & Girls entering grades 1–7 Ten 1 week sessions: June 21–August 27 Time: 8:30 am–4:00 pm Part-time options available Our peaceful wooded campground is home to miles of trails that wind through trees, pavilions, and over a quiet brook. Weekly activities are tailored to school-age children and include archery, arts & crafts, drama, group games, a high & low ropes challenge course, nature and swimming at our aquatics facility. Teen Camp Youth ages 13–15 (no exceptions) Nine 1 week sessions: June 28–August 27 Time: 8:30 am–5:00 pm For teens who have outgrown traditional day camp. Teen Camp was custom tailored by the campers that came back year after year. They loved camp and wanted more time to spend with their peers building positive lifelong friendships. They still wanted to be a part of camp, participating in the theme day events and they also wanted to get away from the younger campers and explore new places, like Diana’s Bath, with other kids their own age. Rotations are fewer per day and longer so that more time can be spent on specific activities. Teen Campers also experience 3 times more adventure (high/low ropes course, team building). Leader-in-Training Program Youth ages 13–14 (no exceptions) Eight 1 week sessions: June 28–August 20 Time: 8:30 am–4:00 pm Many of our campers see themselves as counselors in the future. Here’s the chance to develop the skills needed to be positive leaders and role models. LITs will spend time assisting specialists with the youngest groups – here they learn through shadowing, effective techniques of creating a positive, attentive group. LITs will also plan out and run choice time and theme day activities. They will occasionally run opening and closing ceremonies as well.
