Description
The 2010 Nike Tennis Camp at Stanford celebrates over 32 years of tennis excellence. Stanford University is known as the “Home of Champions.” Stanford men’s coach, John Whitlinger, and assistant coach Brandon Coupe, direct these sessions of the Nike Tennis Camps at Stanford, where the camps have been held since 1985. The Stanford campus, located 30 minutes south of San Francisco, features The Taube Tennis Stadium, one of the finest tennis facilities in the country.
Overnight and extended day options are offered for boys and girls of all ability levels, ages 9-18. Overnight campers must be 11 or older in all sessions. During the week of July 25-30, the Bank of the West women's tournament will be going on at the courts as well. Enrollment is limited to 40 overnight campers for this session. This is an exciting week to attend and watch some of the top women in the world compete on the same courts that you practice on!
Off-court activities during all sessions include field games, a trip to Malibu Grand Prix, a camp dance, and watching popular movies.
