Caldwell College is located in a residential community in suburban Caldwell, New Jersey, on a 70-acre campus surrounded by wooded areas. The neighborhood provides a high degree of privacy and security and easy access to the town center which has a variety of shops and restaurants. At the same time, the College’s close proximity to New York City—20 miles— allows students to enjoy diverse educational, cultural and social experiences.

Leading instruction for this incredible basketball camp is Head Instructor Ken Webb.  An All American at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Ken was drafted by the New Jersey Nets, played professional basketball in Eurpoe and currently coaches a professional team in Norway. His excellent, highly qualified staff will work diligently with each and every camper to bring out their very best.

Instructions are done in a variety of ways:

• Lectures - Short lectures will be given on the fundamentals of the game.


• Stations - Campers will be broken down to no more than 10 – 15 campers per basket. At each basket it is one or more of our professional coaches. Each station will last approximately 20 minutes. During this time a specific aspect of the game will be covered, for example, rebounding, dribbling, foul shooting, etc.. 


• Drills - Drills are used to teach campers the skills necessary to succeed and the notion of teamwork.


• Instructional Games - We want every moment of the week to be a learning experience for every camper. 


• Individual Instructions - Individual instructions will be given to those campers who need the individual attention or who request it.


• Teach To Understand - We want every camper to understand the reasoning behind the methods we use. It is for this reason that our coaches take the time to explain the reasoning behind why you execute a certain way.
