Welcome to the Nike Tennis Camp at Barton Creek Resort! Barton Creek is a distinctive resort destination that offers a combination of peaceful beauty and warmth. The resort is located on 4,000 secluded acres of rolling hills just outside of Austin. The tennis facilities feature 11 lighted hard court tennis surfaces.
The camp will be directed by Israel Castillo, the Director of Tennis at Barton Creek Resort. Castillo, who is a member of the Club Corp National Tennis Council as well as the Advisory Staff for both Wilson and Nike Tennis. He has been a USPTA certified pro since 1990. He is delighted to have the opportunity to bring the Nike Tennis Camp tradition to Barton Creek Resort.
This summer, Barton Creek will offer three weeks of "all skills" camp, suitable for ages 7-18. Each one-week session will run 9-3pm (M-F) and will focus on a combination of drills and match play throughout the week. Camper skill evaluation will start each session ensuring that campers are placed in a proper skill groups that maximise their learning and training.
