Webster University, located in Webster Groves, a suburb of St. Louis, Missouri, will host another NIKE Girls Basketball Camp this summer. Campers will use the Grant Gymnasium during the week of basketball instruction. Directing this camp will be Webster’s Head Women’s Coach Jordan Olufson. This Complete Skills program is designed to challenge players in a fun and competitive environment.
Jordan Olufson is in his third season at Webster and his second as Head Women’s Coach. In his first year at Webster University, he has led his team to an 11-14 record. He was the women's basketball assistant coach at Central Missouri during the 2006-07 seasons. A native of Jefferson City, Mo., Olufson played at Ashford University, in Clinton, Iowa, where he was a two year starter after transferring from Missouri Valley. He ended his career with 1,000 points and pulled down 500 rebounds in his entire college career.A graduate of Jefferson City Helias High School, Olufson earned his bachelor's degree in Sports and Recreation Management from Ashford University. He earned his master's degree in sports administration at UCM in the spring of 2009.
