Mary Fleig, the Head Women's Basketball Coach at Millersville University, directs this program. A six-time PSAC Eastern Division Coach of the Year, Mary Fleig boasts nearly 500 career wins including 371 in 20 seasons as coach of the Millersville Marauders. With a 493-248 record, Fleig ranks in the top 10 of the Division II all-time wins list. Her six coach of the year awards are more than any other coach in PSAC history. Along with a 25-6 record and third-straight PSAC Eastern Division Championship in 2009-10, Fleig guided the Marauders to their third consecutive NCAA Division II Tournament appearance. The program has reached the NCAA Tournament nine times under her watch including six since 2002.

 

The 2010 club advanced to the NCAA Atlantic Regional title game and tied the school record for wins in a season. The only Marauder mentor to eclipse the 200 or 300-win mark in program history, Fleig has coached her team to 19 winning seasons in 20 years, to 16 PSAC Tournament berths, and the 2005 team captured the PSAC Championship. Her players have garnered 38 All-PSAC honors, and she has coached four PSAC East Player of the Year award winners.

This special Post Camp will concentrate on low and high post play…this is a unique opportunity to fine tune post positional techniques.  Emphasis is placed upon low post offensive moves, defensive post play, and other specialized techniques that can improve your post play.

Perimeter

This Perimeter Camp is designed to concentrate on the perimeter game.  The focus will be making the player a more proficient ball handler and increase explosiveness on the offensive and defensive end.  Emphasis is placed on perimeter play, including offensive moves, shooting, ball handling, footwork, and defense.  Along with individual instruction, campers will participate in games and contests.  Sign up today to improve your game outside of the key!
