DescriptionNBC Camps strives to provide superior athletic instruction encouraging individuals to train physically, mentally, and spiritually to maximize their potential abilities. If you're investigating academics at Northwest Nazarene University for the first time, you are beginning a wonderful adventure. If you are a current member of the NNU community, these pages will provide information that can help you make decisions about a major, a graduate program, or a career choice. G. K. Chesterton said that being a Christian involves embracing some "furious opposites." You will find ample evidence that the faculty and academic programs at NNU are doing just that. The faculty member who just got back from lecturing about his new book at Oxford also takes time for a latte with students at the campus coffee shop. The program that provides instruction on preparing a high-profit business plan also teaches students how to model Christlike character in the workplace. Our task, as Professor Mark Albion puts it, is to teach students to "Make a life, as well as make a living." Here are four key qualities we want for each of our graduates:
The world and the Kingdom need people with these qualities. It is our commitment at NNU to produce them, within the context of an additional set of "furious opposites": drawing on the past, while investing in the future. God's blessing on you as you explore and experience academics at Northwest Nazarene University. Details
