Former touring pro Scott McCulloch of Cliff Drysdale Tennis directs these summer sessions held on environmentally friendly campus of Florida Gulf Coast University, 4 miles from the Fort Myers airport. The program runs 6 hours a day, focusing on working hard and playing hard. Campers stay in the university's residence halls, which are four-person, furnished lakefront apartments and take their meals in the air-conditioned dining hall. The accommodations are just a short walk from the tennis center's 12 lighted hard courts, an aquatics center, and the campus's private beach.
