Our Santa Barbara High School All-Star Baseball Camp is 4 baseball-intensive days. The camps objective is to evaluate a player's current level of abilities and identify what a player has to do to improve his skill level. We will give you our opinion of what level of baseball should be available to the player in his coming years. Besides instruction in the offensive and defensive aspects of baseball, there will be running speed development, instruction in areas of weight training, flexibility, and one's mental approach to baseball and life.
