First,our individual shooting instruction is set-up and structured in a way where we can provide the best and the most one-on-one individual shooting instruction of any shooting camp. Dick Baumgartner and six other shooting coaches trained by him are on duty morning, noon, and night. No other shooting camp will provide this much individual shooting instruction.



Our one-on-one shooting instruction is personalized for each player. With the training and experience that our shooting staff has had, they easily adjust to individual differences and only make the adjustments necessary. We don`t try to put all players in the same mould, because there are differences which are correct.



Each player takes home two individualized shooting charts and a workout sheet.

Everyone Gets The Same Drilling Instruction

The second reason is how we drill. We drill in a way that all the players will get the same instruction ( techniques and word usage ) when being drilled at their station. Twenty five years ago a coach who had worked many other camps and then ours said, " I have only seen one other camp drilled in a similar way to yours". I said,"whose camp" and he replied, "John Wooden`s". Of course, I was extremely pleased that we were doing our station drilling procedure similar to the best basketball coach ever.



Techniques And Drills

The third reason is what techniques and drills we use. Our drills and techniques for teaching shooting and other offensive fundamentals have been developed through my 20 years of coaching teams and 34 years of running basketball shooting camps. In those 50 years, I have evaluated over 48,000 player`s shots, done many in-depth studies on offensive fundamentals, written 3 shooting books and produced nine videos on offensive fundamentals.

Our drilling and other teaching procedures get great results. One of our best testimonials that we get often comes from the players who have attended our camp. Players who have attended other camps say after attending ours that they learned more at out camp than all of the rest of the camps put together.



Besides the drilling and one-on-one instruction we also provide 3 games a day and several contests throughout the week
